Job description
Danone is seeking a Market Senior Director for QFS US to oversee all market quality topics, risk management and consumer and customer satisfaction initiatives in the US and Canada. The role protects brand equity through QFS and ensures compliance with local and international food safety standards.
You will drive Concession/Derogation processes, monitor product performance and complaints, and ensure traceability and proactive issue escalation.
