Job description
American Industrial Transport - AITX is seeking a Sr. Director, Commercial – Repair to design and drive the commercial strategy for the railcar repair business.
You will lead efforts to load the repair network, grow revenue and margin, and strengthen strategic customer relationships across both lease and third-party customers. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to forecast demand, manage pricing, and pursue major customer opportunities, including RFPs and negotiations.
