Job description
Denholtz Properties seeks a Senior Director, Development in Red Bank, NJ to lead the full development lifecycle for ground-up and redevelopment projects, from site selection through stabilization. You’ll own budgets, schedules, financing, and the development team, with regular interaction with ownership, asset management, and lenders.
Reporting to the CEO, you will evaluate opportunities, build pro formas, manage zoning/entitlements, and oversee consultants and contractors.
