Job description
Freenome seeks a Senior Director of Real World Data to define and execute a comprehensive RWD strategy, platform, and data pipeline that transforms diverse datasets into regulatory-grade assets for clinical development and digital health products.
You will lead a team of informaticists and data analysts, coordinating across Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Engineering, and Product.
