Job description
Sweetwater Care in Ukiah, CA seeks an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to oversee Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services. You will drive clinical excellence, coordinate day-to-day rehab operations, and partner with physicians, staff and facilities to meet patient needs.
Responsibilities include budgeting, program development, staffing, licensure readiness, quality improvement and cross-site leadership. The VP of Rehabilitation Services guides strategic direction for the team.
