Job description
OSF HealthCare seeks a Director of Research Compliance & Human Subject Protection to provide enterprise-level leadership and oversight of the HSPP across the system. This role ensures all human subject research complies with federal, state, and local regulations and institutional governance.
The position requires extensive knowledge of federal regulations, strong project management, and the ability to develop KPIs and executive-level dashboards.
