Job description
Nuveen Real Estate seeks a senior Leasing Strategy professional to lead merchandising and leasing strategies for open-air and high street retail across a national portfolio. The role acts as the external face of the platform, coordinating with transactions, asset management, and capital raising to align leasing with investment goals.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail real estate (7+ preferred), a strong track record in leasing strategy and broker management, and a Broker license.
