Job description
Mason & Blair, LLC seeks a Senior Director, Head of Revenue Accounting and Sales Metrics to lead revenue accounting, revenue operations, and sales reporting. The role partners with Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Leadership to drive growth and governance across the revenue lifecycle.
The candidate will own KPI development, executive dashboards, forecasting analytics, and close processes, ensuring accurate reporting and scalable growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
