Lead Pack-Price Architecture & Portfolio Strategy
Define Promotional Strategy & Guardrails
Connect Strategy to Financial & Commercial Processes
Drive Short-Term Delivery & Long-Term Value Creation
Lead Cross-Functional Alignment
Build RGM Capability & Team Leadership
Situational Adaptability – adapts approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different solutions

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
10-12+ years of relevant experience
Strong experience in RGM, pricing, and category strategy
Strong financial acumen and P&L experience
Delivery of category revenue, mix, and margin targets
Strong category RGM strategy and execution
Implementation of pricing, PPA, and promo frameworks
Cross-functional alignment experience
