Job description
Johnsonville Sausage, LLC seeks a Sr Director of Revenue Growth Management to lead the U.S. RGM team, activating pricing, promotions, and mix strategy. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and category management to deliver go-to-market strategies that support profitable growth.
The role builds RGM capabilities from the ground up and aligns pricing and trade programs with customer needs and brand goals. Travel 10–15% is required.
