Job description
Automation Anywhere is seeking a Sr Director of Pipeline Growth and Efficiency to own the health of the pipeline across Sales, Channel, SDR, and Marketing. You will diagnose bottlenecks, run operating cadences, and drive interventions that make the funnel more predictable and efficient.
The role reports to the VP of Business Operations in a hybrid San Jose, CA environment. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Revenue/GTM Operations, strong SQL/BI skills, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM.
