Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Global Sales Operations to lead and scale our worldwide sales operations function during an exciting period of growth. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — partnering closely with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue efficiency, operational excellence, and predictable growth across our global sales organization.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a global sales operations team serving as strategic business partners and trusted advisors to sales leadership across all regions.
Own GTM reporting and analytics, delivering timely, actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making at the sales leadership and executive levels.
Drive rigorous, ongoing business analysis to establish and track the key metrics that underpin predictable, scalable revenue growth.
Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives designed to accelerate sales productivity and remove friction from the revenue motion.
Serve as a strategic partner to GTM, Marketing, Finance, and business leadership — ensuring alignment on priorities, planning cycles, and growth initiatives.
Own fiscal planning execution in the field, including territory design, quota setting, coverage modeling, and organizational design.
Prepare and deliver high-impact executive deliverables including Board reviews, QBRs, and strategic presentations with clear, compelling insights.
Champion and evolve our sales forecasting and pipeline management processes — building analytical frameworks that identify risk, surface opportunity, and drive pipeline health and sufficiency.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve business performance through a blend of data analytics, qualitative insight, and sound business judgment — and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
What You Bring
10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy — ideally within a high-growth technology or semiconductor environment.
5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams in a global or multi-regional capacity.
A bias for execution — you move with urgency, own outcomes, and solve complex problems with thoughtful, scalable solutions.
Deep expertise in Salesforce.com and proficiency with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Exceptional executive communication skills — you build strong cross-functional relationships, speak the language of each stakeholder, and are equally comfortable presenting to the board as you are rolling up your sleeves with the team.
A growth mindset and intellectual curiosity — you stay current on industry best practices and emerging tools to keep our sales operations ahead of the curve.
