Job description
Mastercard is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting to lead the team responsible for preparing and filing all SEC documents in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. You will partner with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, Legal and Investor Relations to ensure accurate quarterly disclosures and controls.
The role requires strong accounting technicals, CPA, and Big 4 background with proven leadership and project management skills. You will mentor the SEC Reporting team and interact with external auditors.
