Job description
Redwood Logistics in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Director of Service Delivery to lead a multi-account service delivery organization. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the VP of Service Delivery and requires 10+ years in logistics with leadership experience.
You will own delivery strategy, drive executive relationships, and oversee QBRs/EBRs while guiding continuous improvement across processes, data and technology adoption.
