Job description
Teledyne FLIR Defense in Wilsonville, Oregon is seeking a Site Lead to direct end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and NPI for a site of ~80 employees. You will own performance metrics, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-driven improvements and strict compliance with AS9100 and export controls.
Lead cross-functional teams, drive cost reduction and throughput, and shape the site culture with a focus on safety, inclusion, and operational excellence.
