Job description
Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a Senior Director of Operations for the Cortland NY site. You will have full P&L accountability and lead approximately 400 associates across value streams to drive safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity.
This on-site leadership role requires transforming operations through DBS tools, cross-functional collaboration with Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, EHS&S, Facilities, and Maintenance while managing headcount and overtime
