Job description
Elanco Tiergesundheit AG Fort Dodge site seeks a Senior Director to align global manufacturing strategy with site execution. You will lead 3-5 year site master planning, IBP/LRP, and transformation governance to improve performance and financial sustainability.
In this role you’ll drive CAPEX alignment, ROI, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA, while partnering with cross-functional leaders across the M&Q Network to mitigate risk and enable value realization.
