Job description
Leads the engineering organization with a focus on platform stability, quality, and execution discipline across a mature software ecosystem. Establishes development standards and partners cross-functionally to streamline release processes and reduce production defects.
Requirements:
Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles at mid-sized companies. Candidates must have a strong technical background in multi-tenant SaaS platforms and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
