Job description
ADP Lyric HCM in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategic Planning to drive business development and oversee administrative and operational initiatives across the Lyric HCM organization.
You will partner with senior leaders, prepare presentations and proposals, coordinate strategic programs, and ensure meetings stay focused while delivering measurable results. This role requires a strong executive presence, 12+ years of leadership experience, and the ability to travel as needed.
