Subcontract Manager - ElectricalJob Overview: Subcontract Manager for electrical scope. This is a discipline role covering electrical subcontracting across our portfolio, from scope development and bid evaluation through negotiation and change management. Located in Scottsdale, AZ, this position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.This is a Direct Hire role. Salary range 100-140k/yr plus bonus What you will be doing as a Subcontract Manager - Electrical * + Develop and evaluate electrical scopes of work and identify gaps before award + Evaluate subcontractor bids, pricing and execution capability, and provide award recommendations to Project Management + Lead commercial negotiations with electrical subcontractors on scope, terms, pricing and change orders against the project estimate + Own and develop relationships with electrical subcontractors, serving as their primary point of contact across the portfolio + Identify and qualify new electrical contractors and maintain a capable, resilient partner base + Monitor work concentration across the electrical partner base + Support Project Management on subcontract versus self-perform strategy
