Job description
Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead the operating room and endoscopy labs, pre-op holding, PACU, and day surgery. Responsibilities include budgeting, staff recruitment, policy development, and strategic planning with senior leadership.
The role requires a nursing degree with RN license, a master's degree with managerial experience, and CNOR preferred. This is a full-time daytime position based in Morristown, TN.
