Job description
The Willdan Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, Benefits and Total Rewards to shape and lead our global reward strategy across the U.S. and Canada. You will advise leaders and partner with finance, legal, and HR to align compensation, benefits, recognition, and leave programs with business goals.
You will drive strategy, governance, and vendor relationships, while building scalable, compliant total rewards programs and communicating plans to executives and employees alike.
