Job description
Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Director of Trade and Channel Management to design and optimize the U.S. distribution network for access and commercial value.
You will oversee specialty pharmacy, distributors, and 3PLs, drive KPI and data quality, and lead cross-functional teams across Market Access, Commercial Ops, Finance, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in pharma trade/distribution, oncology experience, and a proven track record in leading large-scale launches.
