Job description
Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Senior Director/Director to lead the Value Realization Office (VRO) across transformational initiatives, partnering with project owners, Finance, and DTE to define value, baselines, and reporting.
You will establish governance, monitor realized value against metrics, escalate risks, and drive standardized value measurement practices across finance, operations, and risk functions; hybrid-eligible with on-site opportunities in Boston area.
