Role: Senior Distribution Leader
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $180,000 – $250,000 / year

A leading North American organization recognized for its best‑in‑class, highly efficient distribution practices is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a major, high‑volume warehouse facility in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a dynamic, hands‑on executive who excels in driving performance, developing large teams, and managing complex operational environments.
Role Overview
This position leads all aspects of a multi-million sq. ft. distribution operation, directing inbound, outbound, and supporting departments while ensuring exceptional service levels and same‑day fulfillment. The leader in this role will guide and empower a workforce of 500+ employees, maintaining world‑class standards in accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all warehouse functions, ensuring seamless flow of goods and adherence to high performance expectations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a large, diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
Maintain rigorous safety, quality, and accuracy standards across all processes.
Drive efficiency through strategic planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years of leadership experience within high‑volume distribution environments, including oversight of teams of 400+ employees.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and performance‑driven operational environments preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
