Job description
GDI Services seeks a dedicated Account Supervisor to oversee field staff, Account Managers and Supervisors, coordinating a mixed portfolio of accounts to ensure services exceed client expectations. You will maintain client relationships while promoting growth and upholding safety and quality standards.
You will guide budgeting, payroll, and supply control processes, coach staff in cleaning operations, and collaborate with Business Development to drive facility performance across multiple sites.
