Job description
6 Degrees Search is seeking a Senior District Property Manager for a large West Bloomfield, MI portfolio. The ideal candidate has managed 300+ units and led a team of 6+ onsite staff, with rehab experience on older properties preferred.
Compensation includes full benefits, a 401k match, and quarterly bonus opportunities (0-10%) based on property performance, plus a 30% onsite housing discount and renewal bonuses. CAM certification is preferred but not required.
