Job description
SOSi is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to lead capture teams in pursuing DoD and Federal Government opportunities from qualification through award. The role is based in Reston, VA, with a 3-in-office/2-optional remote work schedule, and reports to the VP of Business Development for the T&E unit.
Candidates must manage a $50–$150M+ opportunity pipeline and drive win outcomes. Candidates should have a Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, 5+ years in government business
