Senior DoD Healthcare Program Operations Coordinator / Team LeadArcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior DoD Healthcare Program Operations Coordinator / Team Lead. This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.Essential Job Functions:Lead administrative/program coordination support across the organization.Coordinate taskers, meetings, agendas, minutes, staffing packages, correspondence, and suspense tracking.Support personnel in-processing, organization charts, rosters, records, purchase requests, travel/visitor coordination, and office operations.Administer or support ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, SharePoint, OneNote, and related Government systems.Coordinate and standardize administrative processes across teams.Necessary Skills and Knowledge:Senior-level executive/program coordination.DoD administrative processes and correspondence.Task/suspense management.Records/document management.Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and senior stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications:Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage numerous simultaneous efforts and deadlines.Ability to handle CUI, proprietary, acquisition-sensitive, and other sensitive information.Travel: Up to 20%Preferred Qualifications:Current PAE MP/DHA incumbent Program Coordinator or Administrative Team Lead.ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, ATAAPS and SharePoint experience.Fort Detrick experience.DHA tasker/staff-action experience.Min.
