Job description
Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Support Specialist to provide second-tier IT support across desktop, laptop, and networked systems in Army/DoD environments. You will manage AD/Azure, VTC systems, mobility devices, and VIP support, coordinating with NEC and other Army IT groups.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field, 8+ years of enterprise DoD experience, and IAT II compliance. Travel, security clearances, and on-site duties may apply as needed.
