Job description
Caterpillar Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to own complex mechanical systems from concept through production in East Peoria, IL. You will work with a team of engineers across transmissions, axles, and driveline systems, taking ownership from concept to reality.
This role targets candidates with 5+ years designing mechanical systems, and who can perform root-cause analysis, collaborate across functions, and use CAD tools to deliver robust solutions in a demanding industrial setting.
