Job description
Takeda in Cambridge, MA seeks an Associate Scientific Director, Synthetic Molecule DS Project Lead within the Drug Substance Portfolio Leadership (DSPL) group. You will provide cross-functional DS and PV leadership for late-stage synthetic molecule programs, guiding strategy and execution.
This senior matrix role develops DSL/PVL talent, partners with manufacturing and external CDMOs, and advances QbD, risk management, and governance across regions to accelerate pipeline delivery.
