Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Senior DTC Manager to drive Best Bully Sticks' direct-to-consumer growth. You will lead website merchandising, CRO, SEO, email, and paid digital advertising to optimize user experience and revenue.
The role requires 7–10 years of DTC ecommerce experience, strong analytics, and Shopify Plus expertise, with on-site work at Neptune City, NJ. You will collaborate cross-functionally to boost conversion and profitability.
