Job description
Commure seeks a Senior Operations Manager, Air (EHR) to own end-to-end onboarding and launch of new customers on Athelas Air (EHR). You will partner with Engineering and Launch to ensure smooth, timely adoption, building scalable playbooks and prioritizing features from customer workflows.
You will define success metrics and refine processes to accelerate time-to-value, collaborating with Sales, Success, Product, and Support. This is a full-time role in Mountain View, CA.
