Job description
Resilience is seeking an Associate Director, EHS & Security to lead the West Chester and Blue Ash sites. This role drives a proactive safety and environmental culture, partners with HR, and oversees EHS staff and third-party services.
You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage budgets, and lead incident investigations, audits, and regulatory interactions while advancing continuous improvement and risk management across the sites.
