Position: Senior Electrical Engineer – Test Solutions Team

Responsibilities

Design, development, and integration of test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Design production test stations, Interface Test Adapters (ITAs), and harnesses.

Create technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis for capture activities.

Act independently or as part of a team to identify and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.

Mentor cross‑functional teams of 3‑5 members, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on‑time and within‑scope completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and three (3) years of relevant experience.

Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.

Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics using tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.

Experience with commercial off‑the‑shelf test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).

Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

Project management experience.

Bidding, proposal, and technical writing experience.

Experience developing and implementing programming languages (software).

Designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed‑signal, and electrical system interconnect.

Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: USD 86,800 – 165,200.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays (subject to business unit and collective bargaining agreement). Eligible for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, based on performance.
