Job description
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 3+ years of industrial experience to join our engineering team. This role focuses on the hands-on implementation and execution of electrical design tasks required to deliver project deliverables on schedule and in accordance with project milestones.
The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can translate electrical requirements into practical designs, execute schematic and PCBA development, troubleshoot hardware issues, and develop and perform verification and validation testing. The engineer will work closely with principal engineers, scientists, firmware/software engineers, manufacturing, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
Success in this position means reliably executing assigned electrical engineering tasks and delivering high-quality design and test deliverables in alignment with project milestones. The engineer is expected to take ownership of assigned work, proactively identify risks and issues, communicate effectively across teams, and drive problems to resolution while maintaining strong engineering discipline and attention to detail.
Pay Range: $120,000- $165,000 Annually (DOE)
