Job description
Symbotic seeks a Staff Quality Engineer to lead electrical quality across products from design through field deployment. You will guide APQP activities, DFMEA/PFMEA alignment, and control plans, coordinating with Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, and Supplier Quality to mitigate risks early in the lifecycle.
The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, investigation of root causes, and driving reliability with strong mentoring across Quality Engineers. Travel up to 30% may be required.
