Job description
CAF USA in Elmira Heights, NY seeks an Electrical Shop Manager to oversee electrical manufacturing, lead the Electric Workshop and assembly line, and drive performance, quality and cost improvement. You will manage milestones, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with materials and engineering teams.
Requires a 4-year degree (master preferred) and 10–15 years of supervisory experience, with strong Excel skills and Spanish language desirability.
