Job description
PDF Solutions, Inc. in Milpitas, CA, seeks an Electron Optics Engineer to lead design and simulation of electron beam inspection systems for wafer manufacturing, from concept to high‑volume production.
You will collaborate with software, systems, electrical, mechanical and manufacturing teams, develop test methods, analyze data, and drive innovation for next‑gen tools. A PhD plus 5+ years in physics/engineering is preferred.
