Our expansive defense portfolio is aligned with U.S. military priorities and our mission of equipping those who defend freedom.Our Space & Defense - Power & Data team is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to help design and develop electronic hardware solutions for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications. Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will work closely with engineering leaders, customers, and suppliers to develop innovative products from concept through implementation.To be considered for Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline5 years of experience developing electronic hardware products and systemsDemonstrated experience designing electronic hardware products and bringing designs from concept through testing and implementationFamiliarity with one or more areas including circuit design, PCB development, embedded hardware, system integration, or hardware verificationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional engineering teamsAs a Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will:Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs)Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testingSupport technical project planning, including proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and design reviewsEnsure traceability between customer requirements and system requirementsDevelop engineering test requirements and unit-, subsystem-, and system-level test plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycleContribute to the development of new technologies, products, and processes that meet cost, schedule, and performance objectivesHow we Care for you:Financial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities, matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.Health & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages.Professional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programsCulture: Warm, respectful, family-like environment driven by our 12 core values. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
