GEI Consultants, Inc. in Sacramento seeks a Senior Project Analyst to lead emergency management planning, training, and multi‑agency coordination.
You will oversee EOP/EAP development, design and execute HSEEP exercises, and manage complex contracts with a focus on resilience and public safety. You will mentor staff, coordinate with engineers and dam safety specialists, and support client activations, including potential deployment in ICS roles.
