TrueNorth Companies is hiring an Account Executive to join our Employee Benefits team in Cedar Rapids or West Des Moines. You will own the client relationship across onboarding, service, and renewal, and lead coverage strategy discussions with executive-level clients.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in self-funded health insurance, fiduciary experience preferred, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a hybrid role with travel up to 45% for client work and industry events.
