Job description
Conner Strong & Buckelew in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Employee Benefit Consultant for the Emerging Business Unit. You will lead a team servicing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, oversee renewal analyses, vendor management, and bid processes, and provide strategic guidance aligning benefits with client goals.
The role requires 8–10 years in employee benefits, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
