Job description

Southern California Edison seeks an Employee Communications Senior Advisor to lead comprehensive employee communications, campaigns, and events. You will translate complex concepts into clear messages, write with Smart Brevity, and advise leaders to elevate the employee experience across the company.

You’ll own end-to-end communication plans, create compelling content, and use data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement, including crisis and incident communications when needed.
