Senior Employee Relations Consultant – Hybrid Contract

Job description

Addison Group is seeking a Sr. Employee Relations Consultant in Houston, TX for a contract role of 6+ months. The position offers hybrid hours Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with pay between $40.00 and $50.00 per hour DOE.

Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are included. The candidate will bring deep knowledge of employment law and strong advisory and investigative capabilities. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience (2 years in employee relations).
