Job description
CNA is seeking an Employee Relations Senior Consultant to provide guidance and consultative support to managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and other HR colleagues across complex employee relations issues. You will lead investigations, advise on performance management, and help ensure fair, timely resolutions in a hybrid environment.
