Job description
CNA is seeking an Employee Relations Senior Consultant to provide guidance to managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and colleagues. You will handle policy interpretation, performance management, workplace conduct, attendance, and employee complaints.
You will manage investigations end-to-end, develop summaries, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine appropriate resolutions. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience are required.
