Job description
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to guide complex investigations, interpret labor contracts, and support managers and staff with fair, confidential solutions.
You will analyze trends from exit interviews, assist in performance improvement plans, promote EAP participation, and help design training on harassment, violence, and labor laws while upholding policy and regulatory standards.
