Job description
Relativity is hiring an Employee Relations Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor handling complex ER matters. You will lead investigations, work with Legal on risk and compliance, and ensure fair, consistent outcomes across regions as we scale.
The role partners with senior leadership and HRBPs to align ER decisions with talent management and organizational outcomes, while building scalable tools and playbooks for better ER handling.
